The X-Force is a fictional Marvel Comics superhero team, one of many spin-offs of the popular X-Men franchise.
The group was originally a more militarized incarnation of the 1980s New Mutants. Disassociated from their parent group the X-Men, and led by the gun-toting mutant Cable, X-Force was generally more militant and aggressive than the X-Men.
The comic series has been relaunched twice since then. Once as a horrible group of kids who remind me of American Idol, and once more recently with Wolverine taking the leadership role.
This is a relatively simple repaint compared to some of the customs we showcase, but it's very well done and would look great next to an origional Wolverine.
